At Colemans Pet Pantry, we want you and your pets to be happy with every order.
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of pet treats, chews, food products or supplements once they have been delivered, unless they are faulty, damaged or sent in error.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing colemanspetpantry@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated under this Returns & Refund Policy.
